NEFA Dinner Meeting: June 12th, 2012

"Top 10 Tips for Building Effective Zor/Zee Relationships"
Presented By: Susan Black-Beth, COO, SuperWash

Black-Beth is the current Chief Operating Officer of Super Wash, Inc., the franchisor of Super Wash car washes and has been with the company since inception of its franchising in 2000. In her current role, she is responsible for the relationships with franchisees of 150 locations, the day-to-day operations of 160 company-managed facilities, franchise development and transfers, marketing, branding and social media.

“Franchise is often accused of being a contentious arena – franchisees and franchisor butting heads over countless issues,” noted Black-Beth. She added, “At its worst, franchising is a battleground. At its best it is a mutual platform for profitability and long-term growth. With some effort on both sides, franchising is a win, win, win – for the franchisee, franchisor and consumer. We will discuss how to work collaboratively.”

The evening includes a cocktail and networking session beginning at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 7:00 p.m., and then the presentation by Black-Beth. The entire business community is urged to attend. Membership in the NEFA is NOT required. Reservations are required. Registration Fee is $60 per person and includes dinner. NEFA Members receive $10.00 off.
